Stanford University concluded a study that showed the more extra hours of sleep football players got, the better their drill times became. After six weeks of good sleep, players average time dropped 1/10th of a second.
Another separate study found that preschoolers who had regular sleep rituals had higher scores in language and math.

Note that we don't advocate giving preschoolers natural sleep aid Total Sleep, but Ambien supplies USC Trojan's with their sleep aid (which we think knocks you out and leaves you groggy so the benefits of sleep would not help sport performance). Maybe Total Sleep can supply SDSU with a sleep aid so our football team will improve, or the Chargers.
