I just wanted to let you know just how much I am in love with Total Sleep and Flex Essentials. I love to walk, but my left hip, right knee and right ankle always had so much pain that I was limping after 1 mile. I have now been using Flex Essentials for 8 days, this last Saturday I did a 3 mile fund raiser walk for the American Heart Association and I had absolutely no pain. The quality of sleep that I have been getting is immeasurable and I wake refreshed and full of energy.
